SALT SUBSTITUTES:

If you are concerned about salt there are several natural foods you may use in the place of salt. Lemon juice, lime juice, vinegar, or dill weed. Use dill weed and lemon juice on fish instead of salt.

SWEET AND SOUR:

The Chinese learned long ago the secret of combining sweet and sour. You can add a teaspoon of sugar to, green, collards, spinach, mustard) In chili add a teaspoon of honey.
