Country Bob's Burgers
Ground Beef ( any amount) 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup finely chopped onions 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Bacon Bottle of Country Bob's Steak sauce
Take your ground beef an place in a bowl, Add chopped onion , salt and pepper. Mix all together, Take your bacon and wrap burger's in it. Place on grill or in a pan that can drain the grease to the sides. Pour the amount you would like of the Country Bob's Steak Sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
This is my husband and my favorite I hope your family loves them to.
Great Mississippi Hush Puppies
1 cup self rising cornmeal 1 cup of Onion ( finely chopped)
1/2 cup self rising flour 1/2 cup Bell pepper (finely chopped)
1 lg. Egg 1/2 cup milk ( you can add a little more if needed)
1 smell can whole Kernel Corn
Combine all ingredients together make sure it is mixed well. Use a teaspoon to dip out hush puppy mix. Drop into Hot cooking oil. ( Make sure temp. is 375 degrees) Fry until golden brown and drain on paper towel.
They are really good if served hot.
Squash Casserole
8 good sized squash 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, your choice
1 onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can rol-tel tomatoes 1 tube Ritz crackers
1/2 cup melted butter salt & pepper
Cook squash, onions, bell pepper in a little water until tender, then drain. Add rol-tel tomatoes and cheese. Spray a casserole dish with Pam or alike and place mixture in pan. Mix crumbs and butter and place on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
Corn Casserole
1 pkg Mexican corn bread mix 2 cans cream style corn
3 eggs beaten 1/2 cup oil
1 med. onion 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
Mix all ingredients well and pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
