Cooking Safety Tips...

Cooking Safety Tips:

1. Never allow chicken (or other raw meat) to contact other food, wash all utensils, cutting board or your hands before you start another recipe/ foods.

2. Never use Shrimp if in doubt of it's freshness. Dispose of it.

3. Take care in putting food in hot oil. Any moisture will cause the pil to splatter, possible causing burns.

4.Always keep pet and children at a safe distance from stove / grill.

5. Always use a knife with cutting away from you, not toward your hand.

6. Keep knives sharp, dull knives can cause more accidents.

7. Keep a fire Extinguisher in your kitchen

8. Always have a smoke detector near by.

9.Wash you counters everyday with a bleach solution or vinegar.

10. Keep pot handles turned away from the front of the stove.

11. Uncover pots by lifting lid away from you.

12. Never pour water on a grease fire, Use Fire Ex. and on small fires you can use salt on it.

Always keep your kitchen for you and your family so you can enjoy good cooking and time with your loved ones......
