CLEANING TIPS FOR THE KITCHEN
1. For more effective dish washing, add a few tablespoons of vinegar along with the dish washing detergent when washing dishes. The vinegar cuts the grease and leaves dishes sparkling.
2. To clean up spills in your oven sprinkle the spills immediately with salt . When oven cools down wipe away the brunt-on food with a damp cloth or sponge.
3.To disinfect smelly sponges wash sponge thoroughly then microwave it while it's wet. when you see steam coming from it all the bacteria is dead. Take out carefully and wash again.
4. To whiten an old stained sink , Pour a 1/2 cup of salt in it and then take a lemon cut in half and use to rub salt. do this all over the sink and let stand for about 5minutes and rinse.
5.To remove skid marks on floor rub with toothpaste before washing your floor.
6. Kitchen surfaces : mix in spray bottle , 1 part ammonia to 3parts water, this will remove stains.
7. To remove kitchen and food odor. Soak a cotton ball in vanilla put on a saucer or small glass container place in refrigerator, counter tops or even in your car.
8. Odor producing mold or bacteria in garbage cans: sprinkle 1/2 cup Borax in the bottom of the garbage.
CLEANING THE BATHROOM
1. Shower curtains can be renovated by using being washed on gentle cycle with a pint of vinegar.
2. To clean tubs and showers use a product that contains phosphoric acid, their is no scrubbing involved.
3.Buildup on shower doors , wipe with lemon oil. Removes build up and keeps door protected longer from build ups.
4.Cleaning your toilet , use 1/2 cup of bleach or 1/2 cup of vinegar let sit for about 10 minutes and scrub clean.
CLEANING TIPS FOR THE LAUNDRY ROOM
1. To remove perspiration stains in clothing, soak in warm vinegar and water.
2. Always clean your lint trap on your dryer after every cycle, This will help run better and cut down on dust buildup in your laundry room.
3. Use 2 cups vinegar to run through your washer to clean it.
HOUSE HOLD TIPS FOR CLEANING YOUR HOME
1. Used crumpled up news paper and dip it in vinegar to wash your windows
2. Children's stickers can be removed by applying white vinegar to the sticker, letting it soak in and then scraping it off.
3. Use cooking or salad oil for lubricating non- essential mechanical things like hinges, tools, etc. A light coat of oil will keep tools from rusting and you don't need to buy expensive and toxic chemicals like WD-40 and etc.
4. Removing crayon from walls, use a damp sponge and Colgate toothpaste. The rub carefully.
5.Remove Scuff mark, pen and pencil from walls , use a dry cloth and rubbing Alcohol.
6. Garbage disposal: use a lemon and cut in quarters then run them through your sink disposal this will freshen your drain.
7. For removing ink stains, can be removed by using hair spray let the spray dry then wash item.
