Here's my shopping list..

You will see on my list that I break it up in categories , Ref/freezer, can/box and so on. Then I put a Q by each item. ( Q are short for coupons). I list the item I'm buying, a price sign , how many to buy and how much I will save on the product with my coupon. The price sign is so I can write down how much the product is. This way I can keep up much easier with how much I'm spending. I don't know about you but I have lost the amount I've been calculating more then once. So I write everything down.

This is an easy way to keep up with everything.
